Our Nature Therapy retreats will give you the opportunity to connect with nature at a deeper level and learn nature-based therapy approaches to apply to your daily life. This will enhance all aspects of your life; mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.  


The program allows you to nourish this connection through facilitation of activities including forest bathing, Mindfulness, creative arts, journaling, meditation, yoga, sharing circles, holistic health and self-care.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Each retreat is based on a seasonal theme, which underpins the teachings of that retreat. 

  • Summer: Nourishment 

The Summer solstice reminds us to celebrate the nourishing light of the Sun and the light within each of us. 

  • Autumn: Letting Go

Letting go is about prioritising what's important to us and clearing a space, both physical and emotionally, to nurture and nourish the things that do matter to us. There is wisdom to be found in the fading beauty of autumn

  • Winter: Rejuvenate 

Winter is a time of hibernation and rest, so the rejuvenate retreat focuses on the importance of rest and repair. 

  • Spring: New Beginnings

Spring is the season during which the natural world revives and reinvigorates after the colder winter months. During spring, dormant plants begin to grow again, new seedlings sprout out of the ground and hibernating animals awake
