Walks enable you to reconnect with nature, being present and to slow down to benefit from the therapeutic power of being in the natural environment.
Walks are based on the principles of Shinrin -yoku which is research-based practice for supporting healing and wellbeing through immersion into the atmosphere of forests and natural environments.
Each walk includes a range of activities such as: sound mapping, mindfulness, creative arts, journaling, meditation. Walk numbers are capped at 8 to ensure relaxed and intimate experience. Groups are run in a variety of locations, such as wetlands, forest, hot springs and beaches.
Each walk concludes with a Japanese inspired tea ceremony, paying tribute to the origins of Shinrin -yoku, and the sharing of a light refreshments.
