Body Positive Winter Escape Retreat

Feeling burnt out, need some ‘me’ time or want to learn ways to slow down and improve your general wellbeing?

Our nature therapy retreats will give you the opportunity to connect with nature at a deeper level and learn nature-based therapy approaches to apply to your daily life. This will enhance all aspects of your life; mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

The program allows you to nourish this connection through facilitation of activities including forest bathing, mindfulness, creative arts, journaling and meditation.

For this winter escape retreat we are heading to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, for a day of snow play and to enjoy the beauty of winter.

Each retreat has a seasonal theme, the theme for this retreat is Winter: Rejuvenate

Winter is a time of hibernation and rest, so the rejuvenate retreat focuses on the importance of rest and repair.

Included:

• Exclusive access to Fern Gully Retreat in Marysville (with twin share, own queen room or studio rooms available)
• All food and drinks for the duration of the retreat (excluding Alcoholic drinks) Including two dinners, two breakfasts, one lunch and snacks. Dietary requirement catered for (GF, Vegetarian and Vegan)
• Nature therapy groups, which include a range of activities such as mindfulness, meditation, nature crafts, and journaling .
• Access to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort
• Return Transfers to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort.
• Toboggan hire
• Snow Gear hike (pants/ jackets /boots/ gloves)
• Visit to Steavenson Falls.
